What shipping options do you offer?

We offer USPS ground shipping within the United States Domestic locations at this time. Upgraded shipping is available upon request prior to purchase.
How long is your processing time?

Please allow up to 5 business days of processing during typical times, up to 10 business days during holidays and large shop updates.
Do you offer tracking?

Tracking is available for all packages with the exception of free shipping for cards and stickers only. You will receive a tracking code via email when your package is shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please reach out within 30 days of purchase for any damaged or incorrect orders. We will either issue a store credit or ship a replacement. If your fidget arrives disassembled, please contact us for instructions on how to reassemble. Providing photos can help us speed up support!
What is your return policy?

All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or irreparably breaks within 30 days due to mechanical issues, please contact us using our Contact Form. We will either issue a store credit or ship a replacement depending on availability. We cannot replace fidgets due to user error. Fidgets typically last many months to years with typical wear, similar to the lifespan of a keyboard.
